This issue was originally opened here and transferred to Intern's tracker. I'm reopening it here since Leadfoot should get a bug fix.

Manually set feature flag that hangs IE11

In IE11, the brokenWindowSwitch test will hang the browser. Manually set
that flag for IE.

resolves #187
