Folder Move v3.5

Massive update:
*Now using AlphaFS to get around the 250 character limit on file name length
*Much more clean code, with better organization
*Better progress bar representation
*Many other smaller features

Folder Move v2

Now it no longer changes the modify/access date, carries it over from the source files. It also will now skip files if they already exist.
