Let's consider using standard python commenting practices (right now this code throws a SyntaxError).

loop = 1
while (loop < 9):

Since the loop starts at 1, you are looping 8 times, instead of the required 10.

// All the questions that the program asks the user
noun = input("Choose a noun: ")
plural_noun = input("Choose a plural noun: ")
second_noun = input("Choose a noun: ")
place = input("Name a place: ")
adjective = input("Choose an adjective (Describing word): ")
third_noun = input("Choose a noun: ")

Consider using a data structure to store these variables, perhaps a dictionary?

// Displays the story based on the users input
print ("------------------------------------------")
print ("Be kind to your",noun,"- footed", plural_noun)
print ("For a duck may be somebody's", seond_noun,",")

Make sure your variable names are spelled correctly! This throws an error.

print ("Be kind to your",plural_noun,"in",place)
print ("Where the weather is always",adjective,".")
print ()
print ("You may think that is this the",third_noun,",")
print ("Well it is.")
print ("------------------------------------------")

Perhaps an f-string would be helpful here!
Additionally, your code is printing out an extra space after every variable, so an f-string could help address it, or fix your input parameters above.

// Loop back to "loop = 1"
loop = loop + 1
