This removes the test parser as it isn't likely to ever happen. To save the good parts, this focuses on the binary format, and renames it to wabin accordingly. Signed-off-by: Adrian Cole <adrian@tetrate.io>

This removes the test parser as it isn't likely to ever happen. To save the good parts, this focuses on the binary format, and renames it to wabin accordingly.
While I changed some formatting and matched some things with upstream changes in wazero, the focus here is on the scope and rename. Follow-up changes can do things such as add examples for merging wasm together etc.
