Husky shell path and arg updates

v8.0.0 of Husky fixed shell path and args for newly created git hooks, but doesn't update existing ones, so have done that here.

Thanks for your contribution to html-minifier-terser.

The changes look good to me, I will merge them.
We will not need a new release for this at the moment as this only affects contributors who work with the sourcecode.
