Update switchToWindow

Description

For WEB_DRIVER_MANAGER.switchToWindow this PR allows to switch to the current window like Selenium does. This should prevent exceptions if the switch method is called twice.

I also added some additonal tests to verify the newer implemenation of window switch methods.
