Raising issue to enable setting of file download location for web browser downloads.

For eg when automation clicks on something to trigger downloading of some report or file.

Context here - aisingapore/TagUI#1035

This is added in v1.41, available with pip install rpa --upgrade

  • use r.download_location() to return current download location
  • use r.download_location('folder path') to set download location
