[docs/style/fix] changes on flowcharts

Pre:

• flowcharts are not correctly rendered on firefox browser
• colors used are not aligned with the national palette
• somewhere the text into the boxes is not aligned with the text in the guide
• there is no explicit reference between the two diagrams

Post:

• flowcharts are now correctly rendered on firefox
• colors are aligned with the national palette
• the text in the boxes is now aligned with guide
• there is an explicit reference between the two diagrams
