Are you using a 64 bit architecture?

I checked it additionally on another version, the behavior is the same everywhere.
Linux version 4.9.125-linuxkit (root@659b6d51c354) (gcc version 6.4.0 (Alpine 6.4.0) )

I used to use tdlight-java-bom/2.8.1.2 and openjdk 11 everything worked.
Had to upgrade tdlight-java-bom to 2.8.5.8 and openjdk, respectively, to 17. After these manipulations, tdjni.so stopped being copied to the .cache directory.
