Chrome extension to pre-populate pull requests with a template on GitHub and Bitbucket. Templates are loaded from a URL.

Installation

Get it from the chrome web store: Link to extension

Access the options page from your Chrome extensions page. There are checkboxes for GitHub/Bitbucket, and each can have its own template.
