Bump yaml and @svgr/core (#985)

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@svgr/core](https://github.com/gregberge/svgr). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`

Updates `@svgr/core` from 5.5.0 to 7.0.0
