Can anyone tell me if there is support for generating Canadian patient data using Synthea? |

Yes, it can be done. For example, please go to https://synthea.mitre.org/downloads and scroll down to the heading "Oh Canada!" Also, please see our Wiki:
And finally, the necessary files: https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea-international/tree/master/ca |

I just applied the updated files and am getting the following error... Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "String.toUpperCase()" because the return value of "org.mitre.synthea.world.geography.Location.getAbbreviation(String)" is null I'm sure it's not hard to fix but in my current role I'm not set up with developer/coding tools. Was just curious if anyone else had experienced this error with Canadian source files and if there was a quick fix. |

I've been able to update the base code and supporting files to generate Canadian patients. |

I've struggled with the same issue. Following the instructions as they're described, but I'm sure I'm missing some basic step. |
