This PR adds the
Protocol7::Eeprom::Phrasemodel class and adds support for phrases inProtocol7::Eeprom!This model is super hairy with a bizarre data structure. Rest assured, the output was compared to decoded UART output from the e-BRAIN software, and this is a byte-for-byte perfect implementation.
