Staking inputs that are only 70% from the staking threshold are now collected and merged with other inputs. This will only occur if collecting inputs is activated.

When only the collection address and the stake address is present in the wallet all inputs including the ones in the stake address got moved to the collection address. This behavior is now fixed and stake inputs will no more moved around the wallet.
