Expanded Extended Symbol Names
Description
When extension symbols are included in a documentation catalog, any links to them (e.g. in relationships sections) then link to the generated "Extended Symbol" page. However, these pages' titles are only the name of the symbol in question - whereas without extension symbols, these relationships are shown with the module name as well. We should update the titles of these pages to include the name of the module, as well as the name of the symbol itself.
