Two things:

  1. A proposal for decision on handling manual curated data
  2. Renaming so the title of the decisions are visible in the file names

I am hesitant about enforcing the manual corrections as data tests. I would much rather have them be a benchmark or a development tool. Otherwise, our algorithms need to be perfect or reverse engineer these things – at the expense of building good heuristics that work 99% of the time.

Im not sure I follow? If there is a manual edit that is overwritten - we should not accept it, right?
