This is an extension for the Ultimate 64 (elite) keyboard connector to get it into a position, that can be reached easily with the standard length keyboard cable.
The project includes a 3D printed 16mm stand off, that fits the mounting hole. It fits with this 3D printed mounting bracket that can be found on thingiverse.com.
