[bugfix] Don't nil emojis + fields on blocked accounts

Don't nil emojis + fields on blocked accounts, use empty array instead as these fields are nillable (https://docs.joinmastodon.org/entities/Account/#fields).

Fixes an issue where some clients would fail on showing a blocked account.
