web-api-benchmark: YCSB-like web benchmark tool.

You can use this benchmark tool for benchmarking apis which you provide.
This tool is inspired by Yahoo! Cloud Serving Benchmark (YCSB).
As with YCSB, you enable to register workloads and the definitions of your apis.
