A simple browser add-on(extension) for chrome that starts the Matrix rain on the webpage.

I'll be adding this extension to chrome web store too, but until then the installation process is given below.
2. Open google chrome or chromium and go to chrome://extensions/ toggle on the developer mode as shown below
3. Click on "Load unpacked" button and navigate to the "Matrix_chrome" folder. Select the folder and load it.
4. Matrix rain will show up in the installed extensions list, pin it the extension so that and icon appears on the top bar.
