What does this PR implement?
It clarifies the process for a launch of Salmon on EC2 or locally. Specifically, it does the following:

Some reorganization (collects installation tips in a "troubleshooting" section)
Specifies to use Docker Compose instead of manually building the Docker images.
Adds a note about why the correct EC2 region is necessary.

This closes #102.
