This adds support for
react-scripts@2.0.0-next.fb6e6f70release on 2018-09-25.Only real change affecting this rewire is the dropping of JavaScript modules support. This means that all file extension lists will need to be updated accordingly. I'd like to keep supporting old versions of react-scripts v2 releases until react-scripts v2 proper is released.
Work in progress. Still need to finish up the work with the Jest rewire.
