This PR fixes an issue raised by a user around the line_items migration.

To verify that it works:

Clone this branch
Run mvn package
Run java -cp target/connect-destination-charge-checkout-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar com.stripe.sample.Server
Go through the checkout flow and confirm there is no error
