fix: "CopyLocal" Android Bug

Android projects in Stride 4.2.0.2122 will generate the following error when attempting to build,

Error MSB4096 The item "obj\Debug\_Microsoft.Android.Resource.Designer.dll" in item list "ReferencePath" does not define a value for metadata "CopyLocal".

Description

Credit to @Basewq for the solution. Changes made to _StrideListDepsFiles in Stride.Core.PostSettings.Dependencies.targets were not replicated in Stride.Core.targets, the two files must be kept in sync.
