Summary

We already delete some of the boost libraries we don't need during upgrades, this tries to take it much further to decrease download/cloning times and filesystem impact

This currently deletes over 100Mb from the lib/ folder.

Tests

Side Effects

None (hopefully, hence draft status)

Release notes

Un-vendored a great many unused boost libraries

I think this is good. Is there ever a reason we would need boost geometry? idt so
