[bug]: only the first redirect command is honored in a sieve script

What happened?

I have a sieve script similar to the following, for testing redirects:

if address :is "To" "user+test@mydomain.com"
{
  set "FromOrig" "${envelope.from}";
  deleteheader "From";
  addheader "From" "user@mydomain.com";
  addheader "Reply-To" "${FromOrig}";
  redirect "user01@external1.com";
  redirect "user02@external2.com";
  discard;
}

It changes the from so that dmarc/dkim/etc work properly, and that works fine. however it only redirects to the first e-mail address listed (in this case user01@external1.com). from a quick search it looks like more than 1 should be supported? or maybe i'm doing something wrong?

How can we reproduce the problem?
