fix: add missing endpoints for Grafana and Horizon #1208

In deployments which use single frontend both Grafana and Horizon would default to Keystone and therefore fail the probe check.

This commit fixes this by defining endpoints that observe the use of single frontend.

Also taken the opportunity to list service endpoints in order.
