- Combined the crawl stats + lens manager into a single library page. Lens crawl/install progress will show up in their respective info boxes.
- Link to lens detail page on https://lenses.spyglass.fyi
- Split library/lens index into their own pages.
- Make sure progress shows up correctly during installs
- Handle lens uninstall
