Remove OpenSAML 4 support

Shibboleth no longer supports OpenSAML 4.

Let's do the following:

• Remove OpenSaml4XXX classes
• Update documentation to focus on OpenSaml5 implementations
• Update the Prepare for 7.0 Migration Guide to clarify removal of OpenSaml4 classes.
