This PR makes some tweaks to installation instructions. I've added a note on installing the master branch from github, in order to show an easy way to get code updates that have been made since the latest Pypi release.
I've also updated the nircam_gsim version numbers in the environment files to point to the latest version (1.56) since some important updates have been made recently.
