This PR fixes a bug related to the position angles of galaxy and extended sources when creating the seed image.
Currently, the locations of these sources on the detector are correct for any given value of PAV3. However, the orientation of the stamp image/galaxy is incorrect in cases where PAV3 is non-zero. This PR makes the small correction needed in order to make all orientations correct.
