This device is an abstraction of the TTC module and will be used for the communication with the TTC.

Observations: Now TTC requires UART "breakchar" in the end of each communication session (i.e., each "adr+data+crc" or "adr+crc" burst) and an interrupt handler was added to keep communication fast.
