this is a python rss feed scraper and news publisher

• for each news feed found in news_feeds.txt, search for each term in list of topic + search terms (as found in google spreadsheet)

• publish the latest story found for each topic to a json feed

• allow manual editing of any news item

• send email to admins listing newly published stories

• keep archive of most recently replaced story for each thing
