+The hub rules are primarily enforced in response to reports from the wider Space Station 14 community. We do not actively monitor communities or otherwise seek violations, nor do we have the desire to do so. We aren't cops here.

+Before sending a report, it's strongly recommended to contact the owner of a given community regarding the violation. Most hub rule violations happen either on accident, or without the community owner's awareness. As such, simply speaking with a community's owner tends to be enough on it's own to make a report unnecessary to begin with, which helps save everyone's time. Coincidentally, this can also make it obvious whether a community owner is operating in bad faith, which can expedite hub rule enforcement if necessary.
