防止接口的分页大小返回0的时候页面卡死，考虑到部分系统无返回该内容、没有使用组件库的分页器或是有对应的ORM做了这个限制，所以就不放到
useTableHook里了，在transformer里做一个简单的拦截+提示就行，避免这个size变为“魔法值”
