SRA metagenomes (calculated by wort)

For SRA sketches, see:

/group/ctbrowngrp5/wort/wort-sra/sigs/

and then access them by accession, e.g.

/group/ctbrowngrp5/wort/wort-sra/sigs/SRR606249.sig

which are compressed sketches of DNA at s=1000 with k=21, k=31, k=51.

SRA genomes:

genomes are under:

/group/ctbrowngrp5/wort/wort-genomes
