Feedbacks:
- please re-organize the content into tables with table name and fields.
- not clear how the 'template' is used? it is a actual table, not template.
- One table for all current PM counters (15-min and 24-hours)? What is the table_name?
- The PM key patterns | OCH | OCH-1-<slot_index>-L<line_index> |... are mandatory or vendor change choose other name?
