[psushow] Add a column to display LED color to show platform psustatus output #886

- What I did

Add a column to display LED color to show platform psustatus output.

- How I did it

Add a column "LED", it will display PSU physical LED color in command line output.

- How to verify it

  1. Adjust existing unit test case
  2. Add/adjust test cases to sonic-mgmt
  3. Manual test

- Previous command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)

PSU 1  OK
PSU 2  OK

- New command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)

PSU    Status    LED
-----  --------  -------
PSU 1  OK        green
PSU 2  OK        red
