could you please test on version from October, 24 or newer? There were some fixes for msn2010

looks like this system was converted from another OS with a different ONIE version.
/usr/bin/decode-syseeprom is trying to load the module from /usr/share/sonic/device/x86_64-mlnx_x86-r5.0.1410/ instead of /usr/share/sonic/device/x86_64-mlnx_x86-r0/

try updating the ONIE and reinstall SONiC

Issue fixed after ONIE upgrade per suggestion.

replace exit() with sys.exit() (sonic-net#370)

Replace exit() by sys.exit()

Motivation and Context
sys.exit is better than exit, considered good to use in production code.
