@stepanblyschak @prsunny I think the test failure is a new failure after rebasing the code to the latest 202311 branch. I remember this PR passed PR checkers before rebasing. |

Revert FIB suppress due to bugs found.

Boot the image, verify FIB suppress is not enabled.
