Package renamed to O2solubilitywater

Since last release, the package has been renamed.
Other than that, the README was rewritten for clarity.

First release of water package

This R package currently contains two functions: oxygen solubility and vapour pressure in water, and a dataset for vapour pressures at varying temperatures. Sources listed in the documentation.
