multinode-demo/client.sh doesn't run against testnet.solana.com

The client-demo isn't happy when run against testnet (but works ok against a local leader) -- maybe a public IP address thing such as "the crdt may need to handle virtual and physical addresses".

The leader.json that testnet.solana.com is coughing up is incorrect, it contains the private IP address of the instance instead of the public IP address

In addition to the leader.json problem, the client is sending the leader the wrong gossip address (a private IP that the leader can't reach). Hardcoding the correct public IP in the client has produced better looking logs on the leader side (no more references to private client IP addresses) but the client-demo is still not receiving a response to get_last_id:

Let's keep this issue open those issues are addressed and multinode-demo/client.sh now works (or it doesn't and we need to do more work here...)
