C - Interfacing

This release. Implemented C interfacing with print.c.
The .iso can be emulated using qemu, for example.

• Linux: sudo apt install qemu-system
• MacOS: brew install qemu
• Windows: https://www.qemu.org/download/#windows

Followed by:

qemu-system-x86_64 -cdrom kernel.iso

Second release. Now supports long mode (64-bit).
