I'm inclined to agree that this is how Tera Shell would work if Inverse Battles were still around in Gen 9, since Delta Stream is affected by Inverse. Thanks urkerab! |

@DaWoblefet Well my point was that the Inverse Mod was preventing Tera Shell from activating at all, not how it should activate, but whatever. |
