This change updates the config screen to be more user friendly and dynamic with legacy vs. TOML.

  1. Removed the (legacy) suffix from ENV, let the error speak for itself when using TOML:

  2. When legacy config is in use, show only the dumped TOML, with an alternative title:

Functionally this is great. I could see some styling improvements, but given the state of our existing UI design, this is fine.
