Tested with time sky launch --image-id /CommunityGalleries/skypilot-5c783dcb-c1d8-48ca-a5eb-0cee59e165fd/Images/skypilot-gpu-gen2-grid --region=eastus --cloud azure --gpus A10 -y

I assume there will be another PR in skypilot-org/skypilot to use this custom image when A10 is specified and remove the extension installation?

Hmm, weirdly, this still takes me a long time to run sky launch -c test-azure-a10-2 --gpus A10 --cloud azure nvidia-smi --image-id /CommunityGalleries/skypilot-5c783dcb-c1d8-48ca-a5eb-0cee59e165fd /Images/skypilot-gpu-gen2-grid

It hangs after:

I 10-29 21:46:23 instance.py:253] Start creating VM test-azure-a10-2-a374-ffdf-0...
I 10-29 21:46:23 instance.py:282] Used community_image_id: /CommunityGalleries/skypilot-5c783dcb-c1d8-48ca-a5eb-0cee59e165fd/Images/skypilot-gpu-gen2-grid for VM test-azure-a10-2-a374-ffdf-0.
I 10-29 21:47:00 instance.py:315] Created VM test-azure-a10-2-a374-ffdf-0.
