Home Assistant Discovery Updates

This release updates the implementation for Home Assistant MQTT Autodiscovery

Now that Home Assistant has a standardized MQTT birth message the trigger to initiate the publishing of discovery topics has been updated to reflect that.
Additionally, the discovery messages have been updated to include Device Registry entries so that under the MQTT integration lights show up as devices and entities rather than just entities.
