• Improved DB indexes for faster scan

• Fixed the annoying missing drive and folder icons in Windows version
• Enabled sorting by Filename and Filesize

Adding global search support mentioned in #2

Refresh items

• Fixed DB overwrite issue after Open catalog file.
• Added "Refresh catalog" menu items to add new files or remove old files from a catalog.

DEB is not tested on a fresh system yet.
