FPITools

A MATLAB package for processing raw data from the VTT Fabry-Perot spectral imager.

Requirements

This package requires the hsicube package (version 0.8.0 or later) with the ENVI reader / writer package.

Usage

Add the parent directory of @FPI to the MATLAB path, then call the methods using FPI.method(). See doc FPI for the documentation of the methods.
