[Hotfix] ゲーム開始前の無限ループ修正

[Refactor] #3326 アビリティスコア減少処理をdecrease_ability_*() にまとめた
変愚「PlayerRace/PlayerClass にだけ依存する処理をそれぞれのオブジェクトメソッドに繰り込んだ #3331」のマージ
[Refactor] take_hit_mon() 及び関連する関数群の引数をconcptr からstring_view に変えた
(Interface)[Fix] モンスターの状態異常がHPバーがなくなった後も消えない不具合を修正。
